- 15 oz. whole kernal corn – drained
- 15 oz. cut green beans – drained
- 15 oz. peas – drained
- 1 1/2 Tbsp pimentos
- 1/8 cup green bell pepper – diced
- 1/8 cup red onion – chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
