One of my favorite cookies is pecan sandies. The delicious combination of nutty flavor and butterscotch goodness really reels me in.

I love the warm weather in the summer and spring, but I also sometimes get a hankering to bake or make sweet treats at home, and it’s so hard to do that when the summer sun is making my house uncomfortably hot with the oven on.

That’s why these Pecan Sandies Treats are perfect! They are super easy to make, so if you are in a hurry or you don’t have much skill, they are no-fail. Plus, they are no-bake, so they won’t make you wish you hadn’t turned on the oven. Plus, the ingredients are readily available, fresh and low cost so you can get your “treat on” without spending a lot!

Everyone in my home enjoys these mini fruit pizza cookies and I hope you will, too!
