A fun and not so fancy way to have an easy breakfast on the holidays is an easy brunch. You can make tons of breakfast foods and serve them for brunch. One of my go-to meals for Christmas morning is easily a breakfast casserole. Using your favorite meat, adding eggs, and cheese and you will have an unforgettable breakfast for your family. I also love how versatile breakfast casseroles are. So simple and yet so very yummy!
I like to try and fill my family up for a few hours until we have our bigger meal later. Breakfast pizza is the way to go. You can make a basic crust and fill it will your favorite breakfast toppings. I love breakfast pizza and what it brings to the kitchen table on Christmas morning.
