- 3-4 potatoes
- 1/2 medium onion
- Shredded cheese
- Dried rosemary
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Wash and peel potatoes.
- Cut potatoes into thin slices.
- Slice onion.
- Place a layer of potatoes on a microwave-safe plate.
- Top with a sprinkle of rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Continue steps 4 and 5 until all the potatoes are layered on the plate.
- Top with onion slices.
- Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
- Poke a fork in the potatoes to make sure they are fully cooked.
- Top with shredded cheese and heat an additional 30-45 seconds to melt the cheese completely.
