110 oz package Wel Pac Lo Mein Egg Noodlesor spaghetti noodles
1teaspoonolive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4cupLawry’s Sesame Ginger Marinade
1/4cupKraft Teriyaki Ginger Dressing
1/4cupKikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce
1/8cupLa Choy Soy Sauce
2teaspoonSriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1/8cupbrown sugar
1/4cupbamboo shoots
1/2cupcoleslaw mix
Instructions
Dice the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium heat.
Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully done and no longer pink.
While the chicken cooks, boil the Wel Pac Lo Mein Egg Noodles (or spaghetti noodles) according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a small to medium mixing bowl, combine sesame ginger marinade, teriyaki ginger dressing, sweet & sour sauce, soy sauce, hot chili sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well and set aside.
Add frozen broccoli stir fry mix and water to the pan with the cooked chicken. Cover and cook on low to medium heat for 7–10 minutes, or until vegetables are fully cooked.
Stir in bamboo shoots and coleslaw mix.
Add cooked lo mein noodles to the pan and gently mix everything together.
Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles, chicken, and vegetables. Stir well to coat.
Simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
