Homemade Baked Corn Tortilla Chips

These homemade baked tortilla chips will knock your socks off. They are super easy to make at home and are great as a healthy snack for kids after school.

Ingredients

  • Leftover Corn Tortillas quartered
  • Pam Cooking Spray
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚.

  2. Quarter corn tortillas into triangles.
  3. Lay tortilla quarters onto a nonstick cookie sheet.
  4. Lightly spray each tortilla with Pam Cooking Spray.
  5. Lightly dust with a pinch of salt.
  6. Bake at 375˚for 7 minutes (or until lightly golden on one side).

  7. Flip the tortillas over to bake the other side for 7 minutes (or until lightly golden).
