Simple Spring Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 15 oz whole kernal corn - drained
  • 15 oz cut green beans - drained
  • 15 oz peas - drained
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp pimentos
  • 1/8 cup green bell pepper - diced
  • 1/8 cup red onion - chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir well and serve!
