Southern Fried Cabbage with Bacon

Ingredients
1
head green cabbage
1/2-1
package bacon (everything is better with more bacon!)
1
medium onion
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Instructions
Wash and chop green cabbage into larger than diced sized pieces. Set aside.
Dice medium onion. Set aside.
Chop bacon into small pieces.
In a large skillet, chopped bacon and cook as directed on the package.
Toss in all ingredients into the bacon and grease.
Mix together well and cook on medium-low heat.
Cover and stir regularly.
Once the cabbage becomes translucent, remove from heat and it’s ready to serve!
Notes
*you will use a good amount of the seasonings (there really isn’t any measurement for this process).
