For two weeks, my mouth has been watering for some fall off the bone ribs that my husband is the expert in our family at making. The problem was…he was out of town working and I didn’t have the slightest clue how he managed to make the ribs taste so good and fall off the bone.

While he was in town this past weekend, I batted my eyes a few times, stuck out my bottom lip and begged him to make some fall off the bone ribs. In all actuality, I didn’t have to do all that begging, but it was fun at the time. Of course, he just smiled and laughed at me for begging.

Cooking Time – 4 hours

  • Preheat grill to 375 degrees.
  • Rub ribs with dry rub recipe above.
  • Wrap ribs in Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil.
  • Place on the grill in indirect heat for approximately 4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before removing from the grill, remove the top piece of aluminum foil to brown the top of the ribs.

  • 2-3 tablespoons slap your momma, depending on how spicy you like it
  • 1 tablespoon rubbed sage

Instructions
