We are officially in week 4 of the HEB/Conagra Foods Back to School Meal Maker Challenge! Wow, that was fast! I hope you all liked our Easy Omelet Muffins, Pigs in a Blanket and Peanut Butter Chicken Kabobs recipes from the last few of weeks. This week, we are still talking dinner because we can never have too many dinner options at the beginning of the school year! :)
We all love pizza, so why not zest it up with ravioli! I know it sounds like a crazy idea, but it’s really good! It takes the traditional pepperoni pizza to the next level! Serve your Ravioli Pepperoni Pizza with cucumber slices & baby carrots for a delicious dinner!
Meal Maker Challenge: Ravioli Pepperoni Pizza #HEBMeals #BacktoSchool
Ravioli Pepperoni Pizza
- Pre-made Mama Mary's Thin Pizza Crust
- 1/8 cup Chef Boyardee Pizza Sauce
- 1 can Chef Boyardee Ravioli
- I pkg. pepperoni slices
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese nuggets or shreds
- 1/8 cup Queso Fresco (crumbled)
- Sprinkle of Italian Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place pre-made Mama Mary's Thin Pizza Crust on baking sheet and pre-cook for 10 mins.
Open can of Chef Boyardee Ravioli and drain extra sauce off.
Remove pizza crust from oven.
Add toppings in this order: Sauce, Pepperoni slices, Ravioli, Mozzarela cheese, Queso Fresco, Italian Seasoning.
Place baking sheet back into oven to heat & melt all ingredients (approx. 12 mins.).
Remove baking sheet from oven and slice into triangles.
