5 Minute Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • Shredded cheese
  • Dried rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel potatoes.
  2. Cut potatoes into thin slices.
  3. Slice onion.
  4. Place a layer of potatoes on a microwave-safe plate.
  5. Top with a sprinkle of rosemary, salt and pepper.
  6. Continue steps 4 and 5 until all the potatoes are layered on the plate.
  7. Top with onion slices.
  8. Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  9. Poke a fork in the potatoes to make sure they are fully cooked.
  10. Top with shredded cheese and heat an additional 30-45 seconds to melt the cheese completely.
